Are you looking for a rewarding job providing central support services to help promote the independence of vulnerable adults within the communities of Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot?
We currently have an opportunity for a person to join the Human Resources Department on an Interim basis to cover absence.
The aim of the post is to assist the Human Resources Manager in the effective day to day running of the HR department and predominantly to manage employee relations matters in accordance with the Consortium’s policy framework and employment legislation. In particular, absence management and disciplinary procedures.

For this role you will receive a salary of £30,107.62 pro rata per annum.
The successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification, minimum Level 5.
They will have worked in a generalist role within a busy HR Department, with the ability to effectively manage their own work load, and have extensive and recent experience of absence management and disciplinary procedures.
In addition, they will have sound knowledge of employment law and it’s practical application in the workplace.

You will be required to work 22 hours each week, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. The days will be Monday, Friday and one other day to be agreed with the Human Resources Manager.
