Success in the City and County of Swansea’s Framework Agreement
August 26, 2017Also in the summer of 2017 we tendered a successful bid to the City and County of Swansea’s Framework Agreement. This was a large piece of work, as we had to provide many pieces of evidence showing how we provide support to our tenants.
One of the categories was how we include the people we support within the recruitment process, so we submitted the four films below as proof of how or tenants are included in all stages.
Our first film shows the people we support undergoing easy to understand recruitment training.
Our second film shows the people we support attending our recruitment fairs and being involved in recording adverts for The Wave and Swansea Sound.
Our third film demonstrates how we include our tenants in the interview process; asking questions, scoring and informing of any success.
In our fourth film we show how our tenants can make changes to any aspects of their support they’re not happy with.
