April 5, 2016Gwynfe’s Easter Egg Hunt
Hello my name is Fay, and I’d like to tell you about our day out at Gwynfe.
Me, Glenda, Barbara, and Valerie from Coed Arian went to Gwynfe for an Easter egg hunt. It was a great day; the weather wasn’t very good, but we didn’t let it spoil our day.
We saw the chickens and ducks and sat under the marquee tent. We went looking for Easter eggs and we found five! When the rain got heavy we went into the house for a cuppa, a hot dog and a chat. Everyone at Gwynfe made us feel welcome, and I really enjoyed the hot dogs! Huge thanks to all at Gwynfe!
Barbara’s Birthday
Barbara had a birthday party on 30th March. She invited her friends Jennifer from Heath Close, along with Mandy, Andreya and Darren from Tawe Street. Barbara really enjoyed herself, and loved her birthday cake!
Lynda’s Birthday
Lynda John celebrated her birthday on March 1st.
Nigel and Peter from Roselands came along to her birthday tea, along with her sister Marilyn. Lynda had a lovely time.
Out and About!
Renate Strawbridge went to see Mike Doyle at the Grand Theatre on March 1st. Renate enjoyed the show but was also thrilled to meet Welsh rugby legend Gareth Thomas, along with H from Steps! Renate, along with Valerie Evans, attended CLC’s recruitment day where they met Claire Scott from The Wave.
