Community Lives Consortium is a Registered Charity and Domiciliary Care Agency that provides support for people with a learning or physical disability to live the life they choose in their own home within the communities of Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot.
We have an opportunity for a person to join the Learning and Development team, the successful candidate will develop and support the delivery of training courses, and support all employees to have learning opportunities both in the classroom and digitally.
Experience of delivering training to groups and individuals is required for this role, along with experience of developing courses and materials. Along with this experience, you will need to have skills in planning and delivering training courses, excellent organisational skills and be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people.
Experience in evaluating and assessing learning methods to help apply these to your work and knowledge of the All Wales Induction Framework.

Hours: 37 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 16.30 Friday 08.30 – 16.00
Rate of pay: £22,821.26 – £25,994.57
