Permanent Part Time Payroll Officer

Location:                        Swansea Head Office, Walter Road – Swansea

Salary:                             £25,392.26 – £27,961.56 pro rata (pay review pending)

Other benefits:            Company Pension with generous employer’s contribution

Hours per week:        20 hours per week

Working Pattern:      You will be required to work 20 hours per week. These hours will be between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.                                                  Monday to Thursday (as agreed with the Payroll Coordinator).

The purpose of the role is to provide a payroll and administrative service within the Payroll Department to ensure salary and associate payments are accurate. Preparing and processing day to day work in accordance with Payroll Policies and Procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with computerised payroll systems and procedures and of working in a payroll administration role within a busy Payroll Department.

They must also have working knowledge of Sage Payroll systems and be proficient at using Windows and Google based software, internet and emails.
