This short film has been made by Welsh Government and is about the Social Services and Well Being Wales Act one year on, and features some familiar faces!

We’ve recently produced a number of short films evidencing the variety of ways we provide support to our tenants. In the first, Marie talks about her relationships with staff members, and how, with their support, she organised and continues to run a successful coffee morning.

In the second of our short films, Craig and Ian talk about how they use peer to peer support as a learning approach at the Time 2 Meet admin group.

The third of our short films shows how, along with staff support, Clive set and achieved a personal goal, and also set himself a new challenge.

The people we support talk about their recent recruitment and interview training.

Following the success of our Job Fair in February 2016, some of the guys record the first voiceover for a Swansea Sound & The Wave advertising campaign!

Michelle Thomas talks about the role of a Support Worker within Community Lives Consortium.
