We have been installing Telecare in the majority of tenants home. This will support people to be more independent and will help staff to know when support is needed.

The Tenant's Lives Group have been gathering research information for the 'Unkind people and what to do about them' project. They have met with tenants from other agencies and are now producing information to help other people know what to do when treated unfairly.
