Community Lives Consortium

We continued to investigate concerns raised by tenants, staff, relatives and other professionals. Over the year the number of formal complaints reduced.

We also received 18 compliments over the year from a range of people.

Some concerns were raised about the number of medication errors.

We have worked on a medication action plan to help try and reduce the number of errors.  The CSSIW are concerned about these errors and we have sent them our action plan and information about the number of errors.
