Community Lives Consortium

This aims to put the focus on how staff perform their job role, how they conduct themselves in work and how they work as part of a team.

We still need to introduce our new appraisal and we have started work on piloting this.  It is hoped that this will identify career and personal aspirations so we can help plan the personal development of all staff.
