Creating a Qualified Workforce
heading_mp3We are very pleased that our staff and managers are becoming more qualified. We are on track to meet our target that 50% of the workforce must be qualified by 2009.

42% of all of our support staff are now qualified with either a level 2 or level 3 NVQ. 49% of our Operational Managers are qualified with a level 3 NVQ and 43% have a level 4 NVQ.
