sub_heading_mp3We have not recruited enough staff from October 2005 to Summer 2006. In October 2005 we had 652 staff but by March 2006 we had 589 staff.

This was due to the reviews in support that were being done in Swansea. The percentage of support hours went down in Swansea by 3%, but the percentage of staff size went down by 10%.

We are recruiting now as fast as we can, however we are concerned that our staff teams are having to work too hard. Some staff are working too many hours per week, and this is not good for them or the tenant's that they support.
