Most of these concerns were about mistakes in delivering or recording tenant's tablets and medication.

When concerns are raised about staff practice they need to be investigated. It is taking us too long to investigate these concerns. The number of days lost through suspension went up to 1775 in this year, compared to 882 the year before.
