Swansea People is a website that has been developed as a partnership between; City and County of Swansea, the Swansea Learning Disability Provider Forum, and the web development company CDSM.

This web site is for people with learning disabilities and the people who are important to them. It has been designed to support people to:

• Tell people about who they are using the web
• Keep a Diary about their life using pictures, video or sound
• Store their pictures, videos, sounds and favourite web sites to keep for themselves or share with other people.
• Look for people they may have seen for a long time
• Keep in touch with each other by sending messages
• Meet new people online who have the same hobbies and interests
• Become part of a group and talk about things that you want to together
• And many other things
