What we produced
We produced an easy to read leaflet. The leaflet tells service users what they can do if they have problems with unkind people.
We produced some information for staff to go with the leaflet. The information tells staff about the different organisations that can help if service users have problems with unkind people.
We made an action plan to say how we will make sure other service users and staff get to hear about our work.
3 How the project went
The Unkind People project was very successful. The Tenants Lives Group have worked very hard to talk to other service users to find out what problems they have with unkind people, and to develop the leaflet and an action plan.
