1 Introduction

The Community Lives Consortium Tenants Lives Group Unkind People Tenant Empowerment Grant project aimed to find out:

• what problems service users have with unkind people. 

These could be problems with:

• - people in the community
• - people who share their house
• - people at day centres

• what people do when they have problems
• what people would find useful to help sort out problems
