Voice Group Update
Following the successful implementation of the ‘Long Service Award’ in 2006, the Chief Executive and Director of Community Services met with the Voice Group in April and September 2007 where discussions continued to improve conditions of service for front line staff and plan for future projects including Annual Leave entitlement.
