Migraine Awareness Week 5th - 11th September It is Migraine Awareness Week this year between 5th – 11th September. To celebrate Migraine Awareness Week, Migraine Action has launched a new campaign based around migraine in the workplace. Follow this link to a poster sent by ‘Migraine Action’ for all staff especially those who are affected by migraines to read.

Stress Management Competency Indicator Tool Follow this link which will enable you to access the Stress Managmenet Competency Indicator Tool.  This is a tool which allows managers to assess the extent to which they currently have the behaviours identified as effective for preventing and reducing stress at work; its aim is to help managers reflect on their behaviour and management style.  Please read the instructions carefully as you will need to save this to your computer for it to work efficiently.
