Meet Network 7

Network 7 consists of several schemes which support Semi Independent Tenants. Network 7 has a Contract Manager, 2 Team Coordinators and 1 Housing Support Coordinator. There are several Service Coordinators that manage the schemes.

The Contract Manager responsible for this Network is Philip McFarlane.

Philip McFarlane

Philip McFarlane – is a Contract Manager and started work for the Consortium in May 2006. Philip has had 15 Years experience within this field, starting as a Support Worker, 7 years Managing shared homes and 5 years as a Director of a small company specializing in Independent Living.

Team Co-ordinators

The Team Co-ordinators have a responsibility for Network 7. The Team Co-ordinators also monitor schemes, provides NVQ assessments and supports and advises the Service Co-ordinators.

Housing Support Coordinator

The Housing Support Coordinator works directly to the Network Contract Manager and supports the tenants and staff in their network in respect of tenancy and housing issues.

There are approximately 7 Service Coordinators in Network 7, each Service Coordinator line manages support staff for the whole Network.
