We think that this will help tenant's to become more independent and help us to support them better.

This will help us to pay more money to our most experienced support workers, they will be less likely to move on to other jobs and break relationships with tenants.

Our services will cost less so the Social Services will be able to pay for services for people who have not had the chance to live in their own home.
