Tenant's will have a small team of Support Coodinators who will help them to plan their life and coordinate the care they need.

When they need extra help, it arrives quickly from Support Workers who work alongside their team and then go.

Assistive Technology tells their team when they need help quickly, it also helps the tenant to stay in more control of their home.
