You can find detailed information about Targeted Support here. Targeted Support is a new approach that we are using to support people who live in the community in partnership with Neath Port Talbot.
Targeted Support combines more experienced staff who work with particular service users, with a floating team of staff who are available to everybody who live in a geographical area. Assistive Technology is used to help target these staff interventions.
