Restructuring of the Clinical Team By September 2010:
*Establish Job Descriptions for existing personnel.
*Discuss with Senior Manager's perceived gaps in the service.
*Evaluate our existing way of working in terms of service review.
*Provide a plan for future development over the next 2 year period

Clinical

Improve liasion with outside agencies and internally with the operational team. By December 2009 the Clinical Team Will:
*Organise regular meetings with professionals and service providers from the statutory agencies.
*Move some clinics to the CST offices.
*Organise regular liaison meetings with other management groups within the CLC

Clinical

Improve information gathering to demonstrate the work of the team and clinical intervention.
By September 2009 the Clinical Team will:
*All clinical workers to provide information on contact and workload.
*Formulise clinical updates in Senior Management Group meetings.
*Provide information about contact to Senior Manager's
on a quarterly basis.

Clinical

Develop a small budget for developing clinical work across the organisation and trialling new recording and assessment software in different parts of the organisation.
By September 2009 the Clinical Team will:
*Audit of CLC worker with clinical interest.
*Discussion of secondment relationship with Senior Managers.
*Identification with finance of budget to provide secondment cover.
