Introducing Targeted Support

We will try this out with 20 tenant's who live in 11 different flats and houses and who get about 1500 hours of support from about 50 staff.

We will try Targeted Support out between August 2006 and March 2007, before we start we carefully asked tenants and their supporters what they thought before we changed their service.
