Community Lives Consortium

We support a lot of tenants, most of these tenants are supported in a similar way. They are tenants of Housing Associations. The tenants, who need a lot of support, live with other tenant's who also need support.

Tenants are supported by their own staff team, it is hard to increase or decrease the size of the team quickly.

We think that this is not flexible enough for the people we serve and does not give all of them the choice that they and their supporters want. Here are our ideas about how we want to support tenants in the future.
