Developing Staff and Managers
Implement Appraisal for central staff:
The Community Services Team will develop job descriptions and performance assessments for central office staff by September 2009.
The Community Services Team will also train Departmental Heads in the appraisal system by September 2009 and the appraisal system will be completed inbetween September 2009 and March 2010
The Community Services Team will develop a protocol for using the appraisal system for internal recruitment by March 2011.
