Developing Staff and Managers

By December 2009 the Staff Development Department will produce a proposal for consultation on introducing a basic skills assessments in literacy and numeracy for all existing staff.

By late 2008 the Appraisal framework will be fully implemented.

By September 2009 the Staff Development Department will complete the policy on introduction and probationary arrangements.

Work is to be carried out to provide Individual Personal Development Plans for staff.
