The Community Solutions Team will make make a proposal about the establishment of a multi media based recording system by March 2010

By May/June 2009 the Community Solutions Team will extend the information on roles in the Whos Who - video.

A video diary will be made on the benefits to Service Users and staff of Targeted Support and Assistive Technology

By March 2010 the Community Solutions Team will produce a proposal about a paper less system.
