By October 2009 Tenant Services will make a costed proposal to the Local Authoriries for a self funded financial support services.
Tenant Services will revise the way that Day Care Money is allocated to Service Users by October 2009
The Community Services Team will change the way we conduct tenant participation and involve people in quality assurance through the use of a new message board and a regular tenant event by March 2010
By December 2009 the Business Development Department will revise our transport policy to include arrangement for shared adapted transport.
