Our New Company Rules
Who does the Consortium work with? - Follow this link for more information Until now the Consortium has only been able to work with people who have a learning disability.
Our new rules make to possible for the Consortium to work with other vulnerable adults living in the Community as well as people who have a learning disability.
How is our Management Committee made up - Follow this link for more information We have changed our rules so that our Management Committee is made up of, at most, 12 people.
Two of these people can be tenants, two of these people can be relatives or family members, two of these people are members of staff, and 6 of these people are members of the public or representatives of other independent organisations.
Changing the Chair person and vice chair person of the Committee
We are proposing that the Chair and Vice Chair of our Management Committee can only stay in post for 6 years in a row, after that they need to stand down to let another Committee member do this job.
